REVIEW | Barry M Sequin Effects Nail Polish with Swatches

As soon as I got the images through of these Barry M Sequin Effects Nail Polishes I was so excited to try them. The colours are really lovely and look much like the 'eggshell' type polishes from Illamasqua although the finish is different.

They are lovely jubely fun fun fun and didn't disappoint!

What Barry M has to say:
Add a textured sparkle to your nails with new Sequin Nail Effects!  The rich formula packed densely with sequin specs is the perfect way to create a dramatic 3D effect on your nails.

The colours available are Pink, White and Black. The pink and white have a nice mixture of coloured sequins, with the black only having gold. The black comes out a bit too grainy for me so my favourites are definitely the Pink and white. They remind me of sweets or a milkshake and the grain texture is a bit like sugar!

My nails above have had one coat but I think 2 would be better, plus a clear top coat. They take about 5 mins to dry properly and once dry last well.

If you are looking for a fun, colourful manicure which lasts quite well then these are definitely for you. They are very textured looking so if you don't like textured polish then you may be better with something else.

These cost £3.99 and are released Today!!!

Other Barry M polishes being released this summer can be seen here.

What do you think beauties will you be trying them?

Please note: Barry M kindly sent me the polishes to review. This didn't cloud my judgement and I am always honest with my reviews.

  1. I really wanted to try those when I saw the product images but I had no idea they were textured - love how they look in the bottle but I don't think I'll be buying them x
